Check-in: From 4:00 PM onwards. The keys are available in the lockbox, so you can check in at any time after 4:00 PM. Please make sure to inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon).

Payment: Your booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount. You may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking or settle the remaining balance up to 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival and receive a full refund. After that period (from the 15th day before arrival onward), the amount paid will not be refundable.

Security Deposit and Damages: A €200 security deposit is required for each reservation. The amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card as a guarantee. In case of damage to the property or furnishings during your stay, a charge of up to €200 may be applied after check-out.

Children and Extra Beds: Children of all ages are welcome. Free baby cot available on request for children aged 0–3 years. Guests under 18 years old can check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors. It is permitted only in outdoor areas.

Parties and Events: Parties and events are not allowed.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
