Located in the historic center of Manciano, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, Casa Pascucci is just 1 hour and 45 minutes drive from Rome Fiumicino Airport, 5 hrs driving from Milan, 3hrs driving from Florence — easy to reach and perfectly placed for exploring the beauty of southern Tuscany and northern Lazio.

Only 15 minutes from the Saturnia Thermal Baths, the house is an ideal base for day trips to:

- Capalbio (45 min) – wild beaches, crystal-clear waters, and the enchanting Tarot Garden
